Fire Hydrant to Donkey Kickbacks
15-20 reps, 3 sets

EXERCISE 1 
Smith Machine Squat to Good Mornings
15-20 reps, 4 sets

EXERCISE 2 
Cable Hip Abductions
15-20 reps, 4 sets

EXERCISE 3 
Cable Kick Backs
15-20 reps, 4 sets

EXERCISE 4 
Elevated Sumo Squats
Optional: Stand on two dumbbells which requires strong core stabilization 
15-20 reps, 4 sets

EXERCISE 5 
Kneeling Squat*
*Keep the legs wide
Use a 10-25lbs dumbell or plate overhead
